Khalid Hamid Khan has been involved in a false Hadood Case u/s 11 in Chenab Nagar Police, through FIR No. 177 since 6th May, 2006. and is still in Jail

Respected Sir,
It is Kindly Stated that a Person Named Khalil Sarwar has filed a false abduction case of his daughter Hania Khalil, against my son Khalid hamid khan My Son is married and has 2 Children. An Investigation upon my son was carried out by 2 different DPO’s, SP, a DSP an ASP and an SHO here are some of the facts of the case which Prove that the case is falsely made up.
· In the FIR the girl’s age was stated 12 years while her school certificate and other facts reveal that she was over 16 years old.
· The Girl has ran away from her home previously and was returned back by the cooperation of local elders
· This Time when she ran away from home her father called my husband saying that send your son to my home stating that his daughter is present at chak#116 and when my husband said that I will come he disconnected the phone.
· DSP of Police asked Khalil Sarwar to present 10 people who must swear that he himself was not hiding his daughter, but he was unable to do so and rejected the offer after 10 days which obviously means no one in the area trusts upon him.
· In the Police Investigation Report Page#29 Proves that Hania Khalil was Present at “Dar ul Fazal” the same day she ran away from home and the same day she went to home of Samar Abbas in Ahmad Nagar
· Police Investigation Report Page #52 confirms that she was also taken to Sargodha by the servant of Samar Abbas

In spite of all these facts Session Judge Rana Zahid Mahmood head of Session Court Jhang sent my son for Remand by involving him in a false theft case on verbal order but at the end he was discharged from this case. He was tortured Physically in his Remand and when we requested for a medical examination of my son it was denied and the physical torture carried on This All Happened even after he had gone through physical Remand before for 14 days which makes total of 2 time and 28 days of physical torture with no evidence linking him to the alleged kidnapping of Khali Sarwar’s daughter.
· My Husband was retired Sergeant of Pakistan Air Force and due to the mental torture caused by this false case he died on 6th Jan 2007
· My Son has now been in jail for more than 10 Months.
· Khalil Sarwar also took money from other persons involved in this false case and helped them to get Bail. This Proves that all he wants is MONEY from this case to make a small fortune for himself from this false case
Respectful Sir Khalil Sarwar is doing nothing but making Fun of Courts and making the justice system dance on his fingers on his false cries and false acquisitions.
· Now as all the points have been described I have attached a newspaper cutting and the marriage certificate proving that his daughter married a person names Tariq Shebaz in Dera Murad Jamali.
· Even up to this point the Session Court hasn’t freed or approved bail of my Son.
· When Hania Khalil daughter of Khalil Sarwar was brought to the Supreme Court on 16th Jan 2007 with her her husband where her parents were also present her father asked the chief justice to send her to “DarulAman” but she said i don’t want to go to DarulAman instead I want to go with my Husband .After this the Chief Justice wrote in his order “SHE IS GROWN UP” and is free to go with her husband
· On 25th Jan 2007 she appeared before the Judicial Magistrate in Faisalabad stating that she herself went from Chenab Nagar to Sargodha and then to Jacobabad where she married Tariq Husaain on here FREE WILL she also stated she was not kidnapped & it was her own decision. She at the time stated my Husband is with me , I want to go with him and I don’t have any connection with my Parents.
· Before Appearing in the Supreme Court on 16th Feb 2007 ,she suspiciously joined her parents and the newspapers also published these suspicious new happenings and on 16th Feb 2007 she completely changed her statement stating that her previous statements were forcefully taken by the Police & the Supreme Court accepted this new statement of hers without any investigation or questions and allowed her to go to her parents .
I am a Widow we are from a respectable family and how can I run after these courts and lawyers at this age on my own I am over 50 years old and don’t have the strength to go and to each officer and ask for help and whenever we go the supreme court the judge always puts a month forward date and doesn’t listen to what we have to say and .i have placed all the documents relating to this document on the website http://www.hamidkhan.org
